➡️COATING INSPECTOR
Position Required: 04 Nos
Experience :10 years
Qualification & Skill :
NACE Level 2, ICorr Grade 3 or BGAS-TWI Grade 1
Minimum 10 years’ experience (Diploma or science degree) and 5 years for degree engineering in the field of painting / coating inspection with good knowledge of storage tanks and pressure vessels internal lining generic types in addition to external protective coating systems.
➡️IMS TECHNICIAN (OFFSHORE AND REFINERY)
Position Required: 04 Nos
Experience : 5 years
Qualification & Skill :
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or metallurgy EngineeringQualification for Inspection and Corrosion mitigation along with IMS & RBMI API 580/581
Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry in the field of inspection and corrosion monitoring and preventive activities. Shall possess necessary qualification in inspection practices and corrosion mitigation.
➡️COATING QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Position Required: 04 Nos
Experience :5 years
Qualification & Skill :
RICS or ACostE, CIOB (A plus), ICES (A plus), NACE Level 2 or BGAS Grade 1, ICorr Level 2 (A plus)
Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry in the field of inspection and corrosion monitoring and preventive activities. Extensive painting Inspection Background to understand scope of work. Should be able to cross check painting Contractors measured quantities upon subsequent job awards. Ability to enter the inspection data into the required format, in a clear and concise manner, ability to read and understand the specification, engineering drawings, P&ID, Plot plans, piping plans etc.
➡️CORROSION TECHNICIAN
Position Required: 04 Nos
Experience : 7 years
Qualification & Skill:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or metallurgy Engineering NACE CP-2 certificate Diploma or High Technical school certificate in corrosion related speciality is the minimum educational qualification required along with NACE CP-2 certificate. 7 years of experience in Cathodic protection systems monitoring and preferably having an offshore experience. Have to conversant in Tank and soil survey, pipe and soil survey, WHJ CP survey, Sea Submerged structure, Pipeline CP survey, IF (Insulation Joint) Test, Anode current output, Tank floor Protection Balance, soil restivity Measurements, SACP System for Tank and Vessel, Deep Well Ground Bed ICCP system, Shallow anode Systems, have adequate knowledge in corrosion monitoring system, ER probes and other internal monitoring methodologies.
