Rotating & Package Equipment Engineering
Overview / Responsibilities
Perform FEED and detailed design and engineering for O&G, Petro Chemical, Chemical and O&U projects.
Have good knowledge on all type of Pumps and other rotating Equipment.
Prepare equipment datasheets, technical specifications, purchase requisition, technical bid evaluation, technical clarifications, post award communications records.
Review vendor documents.
Interface with other Engineering disciplines
Good Team player.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Full Time B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical) from reputed institution.
- Industry Type – Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemical / Oil & Gas (preferred).
- Experience in working with engineering consultancies and EPC companies for design & engineering of various types of Rotating and Package Equipments.
- Knowledge on relevant design codes like API, ASME etc and Client specifications.
- Field / Shop experience on the Equipments related to O&G projects will be added advantage.
Static Equipment Engineering
Overview / Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the objectives of the Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality Policy and Information Security Management Policy by adhering to applicable Procedures and Work Practices while fulfilling of duties.
- Ensure all work to be carried out with a positive attitude towards safety, both in design and in the office environment.
- Undertake Lead Equipment Engineer Role of FEED / EPC within an appropriate multi discipline project.
- Keep up to date with latest industry practices, standards and product development.
- Have good knowledge on all type of Static Equipment like Pressure vessels, Vessel Internals, Tanks Heat Exchangers Etc with respect to process industry.
- Conversant with Codes and client standards
- Good knowlege on design software like PvElite, COMPRESS , TANK etc.
- Lead team of Static Equipment Engineers for execution of project work.
- Provide support to Static Equipment Engineering Discipline on Proposals, Training, Development and Continuous Improvement activities
- Carry out Static Equipment Engineering in assigned Project
Skills / Qualifications
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (Essential)
- Post Graduate in Engineering (Desirable)
- Membership in Professional Organizations (Desirable)
- Experience in Equipment Engineering environment with lead role in project execution (Essential)
- Ability to lead medium teams in a multi – discipline task force based engineering environment
- Proven expertise in FEED and EPC Engineering execution including Field Engineering in Project execution (Desirable).
